After a catastrophic storm in an area an insurer designates, a roof repair or replacement contract with a homeowner who lives there must say in bold type that you may cancel within 72 hours after your insurer denies the claim, and that you may cancel for any reason within four business days after signing (A.R.S. 32-1158.02).
